本说明介绍宁波金泓流体科技有限公司（NINGBO KINGFLOW TECH CO., LTD.，以下简称“我们”）如何处理 KINGFLOW 网站访问及产品询盘涉及的个人信息。
1. 信息及用途
您提交询盘时，我们接收您填写的姓名、公司名称、工作邮箱、联系电话（选填）、咨询产品、型号或规格（选填）、需求说明、同意状态及所选语言。我们仅将询盘信息用于回复需求、准备报价及相关业务跟进，不用于主动发送新品介绍或推广邮件。请勿在需求中填写密码、银行卡号或不必要的敏感信息。
标为必填的信息用于识别及回复您的需求；未提供可能无法通过表单提交。您也可以直接通过邮箱联系我们。
2. 处理依据
我们依据您在表单中的同意处理询盘信息。在适用法律允许的情况下，为应您的要求采取订立合同前的步骤或履行与您的合同，我们也可能处理所必需的信息。您可以联系下方邮箱撤回同意；撤回不影响撤回前基于同意已进行处理的合法性。
3. 接收方及服务商
在公司内部，仅因回复及跟进业务需要的员工可以查看询盘。我们不会将您的姓名、邮箱、电话或原始询盘转交给供应商或业务合作伙伴，也不出售询盘信息。
网站使用 Cloudflare 提供托管与网络服务，使用 Web3Forms 接收、处理并转发询盘，收件邮箱服务商也会处理邮件。这些技术服务商及其基础设施提供商会按各自服务安排处理相关信息。法律要求时，我们也可能向有权机关提供必要信息。

4. 保存与清理
我们公司目前将询盘保存在收件邮箱中，并定期清理。保留期限依据询盘是否仍在跟进、是否形成交易、相关合同或法律记录义务以及处理争议的必要性确定；不再需要且无保留依据时予以删除。
技术服务商另有其保存规则。Web3Forms 于 2026 年 7 月更新的政策说明，表单数据最多保存三年，套餐或提前删除可能缩短期限。删除公司邮箱中的邮件并不自动删除服务商持有的副本；相关请求可向我们提出，由我们按实际权限和适用规则协调处理。
5. 跨境处理
我们位于中国。您从欧洲、美洲或其他地区提交的信息可能在中国及技术服务商运营地区处理。Web3Forms 表示其在印度运营，并使用多个地区的基础设施；其政策及数据处理协议说明了欧洲经济区、英国及瑞士数据传输所涉及的保障安排。您可以通过下方邮箱索取有关接收方和传输安排的进一步信息。
6. 网站功能与访问数据
我们目前未主动启用广告追踪、独立访问统计或在线聊天工具。网站会在您的浏览器中保存语言偏好，方便再次访问时使用。托管、字体和图标等网络资源服务商在提供服务时可能接收 IP 地址、浏览器信息及必要的请求或安全日志；这与我们主动开展营销追踪不同。
7. 您的权利
根据适用法律，您可以申请访问、更正、删除个人信息，限制或反对有关处理，申请可携带的数据副本，以及撤回同意。我们可能需要合理核实您的身份，并按适用法律处理请求。您也可以向所在地有权的数据保护机关投诉。我们不使用询盘进行对您产生重大影响的自动化决策或画像。
8. 更新与联系

This notice explains how NINGBO KINGFLOW TECH CO., LTD. (宁波金泓流体科技有限公司, “we”) processes personal information in connection with the KINGFLOW website and product inquiries.
1. Information and purposes
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the name, company, business email, optional phone number, product category, optional model or specifications, requirements, consent status and language you provide. We use inquiry information only to respond to requirements, prepare quotations and follow up on related business. We do not use it to send unsolicited new-product announcements or promotional emails. Do not include passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Required fields help us identify and respond to your requirements. Without them, you may be unable to submit the form. You may also contact us directly by email.
2. Grounds for processing
We process inquiries on the basis of the consent you give through the form. Where applicable law permits, we may also process information necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract with you. You may withdraw consent using the email below. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing.
3. Recipients and service providers
Within our company, access is limited to employees who need the information to respond and follow up. We do not pass your name, email, phone number or original inquiry to product suppliers or business partners, and we do not sell inquiry information.
Cloudflare provides website hosting and network services. Web3Forms receives, processes and forwards inquiries, and our mailbox provider processes the resulting emails. These technical providers and their infrastructure providers handle relevant information under their service arrangements. We may also disclose necessary information to competent authorities where required by law.

4. Retention and deletion
Our company currently keeps inquiries in its receiving mailbox and clears them periodically. Retention depends on whether the inquiry remains active, whether a transaction results, contractual or legal record requirements and the need to handle disputes. We delete information when it is no longer needed and no retention ground remains.
Technical providers have separate retention rules. Web3Forms' policy updated in July 2026 states that form submissions are retained for a maximum of three years; a plan-specific period or earlier deletion may shorten this. Deleting an email from our mailbox does not automatically delete provider-held copies. Contact us about deletion requests so we can coordinate within our permissions and applicable rules.
5. International processing
We are based in China. Information submitted from Europe, the Americas or elsewhere may be processed in China and in regions where our technical providers operate. Web3Forms states that it operates from India and uses infrastructure in multiple regions. Its policy and Data Processing Agreement describe safeguards for transfers from the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Contact us for further information about recipients and transfer arrangements.
6. Website functionality and access data
We have not actively enabled advertising tracking, separate visitor analytics or online chat tools. The website stores your language preference in your browser. Hosting and network resource providers, including font and icon providers, may receive your IP address, browser details and necessary request or security logs when delivering their services.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your information, and withdraw consent. We may reasonably verify your identity and handle requests under applicable law. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority in your location. We do not use inquiries for profiling or automated decisions producing significant effects on you.
